Arsenal’s “Running Man” fan joins players on bus in Vietnam

Great video of a young Arsenal fan in Hanoi who was so keen to see his Arsenal heroes, on tour there at the moment, that he ran alongside the team bus for 5 miles. After the players started chanted “Sign him up!”, he was allowed on the bus and all the players signed his shirt, though manager Arsene Wenger, as always, looked suitably unimpressed. According to Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny, the youngster was in such good shape that the players were all jealous of his six pack. He also, perhaps unwisely, addresses the fans and says:

“This should be a message for all of you guys that if you really want to pursue your dreams, it can happen.”

So expect to see crowds of fans jogging alongside the team bus on the rest of the Asian Tour. Throw this into the usual traffic mix in Indonesia (their next stop on the tour) and they could be sitting on that bus for a very long time…

    1. I love that the full-time professionals are basically embarrassed by the physique of a random fan. Doesn’t speak too highly for Premier League fitness levels =)
